Bright Memories Urn Spray

I pre-ordered a "bunch" of fresh cut flowers for my sister. I noted that I didn't need an arrangement and asked for fallish colors. I joked with the staff that it was for my sister who is a bit traditional but that since they were from me (who is a quite a bit less traditional) I asked them to add something fun to the mix. My sister was thrilled with the mix of colors and the unique fun "add ins". We got a lot of flowers for a reasonable price and I felt like my sentiment was heard and reflected. I'll be back!!! I called today to ask about an arrangement that was delivered on Saturday. The person that I spoke with said that he was the owner when I asked. This person yelled at me when I asked him why the wrong arrangement was delivered. He stated that they reserved that right to change the arrangement if not in season. He hung up the phone on me. When I called back, this person called me retarded for inquiring about my order. I was deeply sadden to be treated like this and he never apologized for not delivering what was ordered. He acted as though I was out of line for even calling. I will never use this company again. I should have been notified that another arrangement would be sent and not treated this way because I inquired. Needless to say, the order did not remotely look like what I ordered. Please think twice before using this business.
